The rehabilitation works at the Ciutat Vella student residence are entering the final phase and shall be ready for service next September. The student dorm building is developed by Unihabit , the branch company in charge of the residence’s explotation. The building is located in the Barcelona district of Ciutat Vella, an active neighborhood that offers a wide range of cultural and leisure activities. The residence hosts 77 student dorms (16,5m2 net surface) with a bathroom, a
kitchenette and other complementary services.

This building will be the fifth student residence managed by Unihabit and built by Constructora d’ Aro. Below you will find two perspectives to visualize the final appearance of the rooms and communal spaces of the building.
