The aim of the intervention was to guarantee the stability of the building, the safety of its occupants users and improve the sealing conditions. The works, carried out by Constructora d’Aro, has consisted of an intervention mainly in the structure of the building, which was very damaged, and the roof and porch have been remodeled.
