Compact Habit S.L., a subsidiary of the Manresa-based construction firm Constructora d’Aro S.A., will complete the construction of corporate offices for the Swiss company Brezelkönig AG in February 2015. The offices, comprising nine prefabricated modules manufactured at the Compact Habit S.L. production center in Cardona, will be located in the city of Emmenbrücke and provide a total usable area of 550 m2.

This is the first project for a Swiss client and reflects the Cardona-based company gradual expansion into Europe, confirming market interest in the innovative eMii (Integral Industrial Modular Construction) system.
