The LÀBORA Program, whose objective is to promote employment for people at risk of exclusion, is an innovative city project in favor of social inclusion, led by the Municipal Institute of Social Services of the Barcelona City Council, with the collaboration of social entities, represented by ECAS (Catalan Social Action Entities), FEICAT (Catalan Insertion Companies) and Red Cross, and the city’s business network.
