CompactHabit started last December the production of a new modular contract in Switzerland, consisting of 34 offsite modules for a new student dorm in Vernier, Geneva. The building is promoted by the Fondation FPLC.

The building consists of two floors and an area of approximately 725m2, organized from two parallel linear blocks forming a central communal space. Each 17m2 module represents an student dorm and provides a core service with bathroom, kitchen, wardrobe and an open space which houses the bed and the study area. It is expected that the building will be in service next June.

This new contract consolidates the CompactHabit presence in the Swiss market.
