Residential building in Barcelona

This social housing building for young tenants is located on Sant Adrià Street in Barcelona and was commissioned by the Institut Català del Sòl (INCASÒL) of the Government of Catalonia.

The project stands out for its constructive simplicity and attention to detail, intelligently addressing the challenges typical of this type of affordable housing. The result is a functional and efficient building, perfectly suited to the needs of contemporary urban living.
