New residential building in Manresa, developed through the complete renovation of a mixed-use property located on Fonollar Street, transformed into a ten-unit apartment building for rental housing.

The mid-block building consists of 10 apartments and includes parking spaces on the ground floor and basement, providing functional homes designed to meet the needs of today’s urban living.
