Public housing building in Les Oliveres

Construction of 20 affordable housing units in a unique location: built beneath a football field and above a former parking area.
The project has redesigned and reimagined the available space to meet current housing needs and respond to the demands of the local community.

Located in Les Oliveres, Santa Coloma de Gramenet, the multi-family building preserves the existing football field and part of the parking area, optimizing the site to create 20 new homes for the city.
