University student residence

Construction of a student residence at the Diagonal-Besòs Campus in Sant Adrià del Besòs, consisting of two main volumes: one building with a ground floor plus four floors and another with a ground floor plus seven floors.

Both buildings are organized around a central courtyard that serves as the connection core for the building and its residents, providing natural light and ventilation to the interior spaces.

The ground floors house the parking area, as well as common areas for laundry, technical rooms, and main entrances. This configuration optimizes space usage and enhances the functionality of the residence, designed to provide comfort, efficiency, and a high quality of life for campus students.
