Renovation of student residence in Ciutat Vella
Renovation of a former gym in central Barcelona, in the Ciutat Vella district, to create a university residence with a capacity for around 150 people.
The building includes 77 rooms, comprising single, double, and triple accommodations, along with a large communal kitchen and various shared spaces, including a dining area and study room, designed to promote communal life and learning.
This project combines architectural rehabilitation with educational functionality, creating a modern, comfortable space tailored to the needs of university students in the heart of the city.
