New modular student residence

Construction of a modular student residence in Pau, France. The building, with a ground floor and four upper floors, consists of 159 CompactHabit three-dimensional modules arranged in an L-shape.

Each typical module, measuring 16.3 m², includes two single accommodations, a bathroom, kitchen, and sleeping area. The building features common service areas on the ground floor, with student, faculty, and staff accommodations on the upper floors.

For this project, the modules, manufactured and fully equipped at the Cardona factory, traveled approximately 400 km to the site, demonstrating that modular construction knows no boundaries.
