Construction of university residences at Montilivi campus

Construction of 70 student housing units at the Montilivi campus in Girona. The residence consists of two linear blocks: the first with a ground floor plus three floors, and the second with a ground floor plus four floors.

The building has an A energy rating, and hot water is provided by a centralized microgeneration boiler system, ensuring high efficiency and sustainability.

The residence also includes a gym, common areas, a concierge zone, and social spaces, all industrialized at the CompactHabit factory in Cardona. The result is an efficient and functional modular building, designed to provide maximum comfort for students in a high-quality university environment.
