Construction of student residence for pilots

Construction of a modular student residence using industrialized construction, completed within a total period of 6 months. The project is designed for pilot training and consists of two modular buildings: the educational building and the residential building, made up of 9 and 44 three-dimensional concrete and timber modules, respectively.

This new facility accommodates 152 people and is expected to help boost Lleida-Alguaire Airport, making it a benchmark in aviation training. The residence will be managed by the Lithuanian company BBA, ensuring its proper operation and management.
