Construction of student housing

Construction of a student residence located on the ETSAV campus of the UPC in Sant Cugat del Vallès. The building is made up of three-dimensional concrete modules from CompactHabit, creating 57 social housing units of 40 m² each, with capacity for two people.

Each unit includes a kitchen, bathroom, and open-plan space that allows residents to organize the layout according to their preferences. The residence also features a large central garden and common areas that encourage social interaction and student life.

All spaces were fully manufactured and equipped in the factory, demonstrating the advantages of industrialized modular construction in terms of speed, quality, and efficiency.
