Expansion of Antoni Ubach School-Institute

Modular expansion of Antoni Ubach school in Terrassa with 30 three-dimensional modules, built using our CompactHabit industrialized construction system.

The expansion, covering 1,375.55 m², has enabled the creation of new classrooms, laboratories, and workshops, transforming the school into a combined school-institute and significantly expanding its educational offering. The industrialized modular construction allowed the project to be completed in shorter times, with minimal disruption to the school’s activity, since most of the work is carried out in the factory.

This system enables fast and efficient school expansion, maintaining high construction quality while ensuring the normal operation of educational activities.
