Industrial Warehouse Construction
Construction of a row of 12 industrial warehouses in Calonge, with a total built area of 6,385 m², comprising ground floors and mezzanines. The project included earthworks, foundations, and prefabricated concrete structures, as well as the execution of slabs, roofs, enclosures, and interior partitions.
The works also covered flooring, metal carpentry, and the sanitation network, ensuring the functionality and durability of each warehouse. Additionally, the yards and access areas were urbanized to create convenient spaces adapted to industrial and logistical needs.
The project combines construction efficiency with high-quality finishes, prioritizing safety and functionality, resulting in a set of warehouses fully prepared to accommodate industrial and commercial activities.
