Modular building with 40 student units in Barcelona

This social housing building, located in the Poblenou district of Barcelona, is a project developed by IMHAB, the Municipal Institute of Housing and Renovation of Barcelona City Council.
The project represents a major milestone in modular construction, reaching nine storeys high using three-dimensional concrete modules.

Constructora d’Aro, through its CompactHabit brand, developed an innovative module connection system that made this achievement possible, setting a record for modular building height in Spain.
