New construction of CUAP Baix Vallès

Construction of a new primary care emergency center using CompactHabit modular units, the industrialized construction brand of Constructora d’Aro.

The center, covering 1,081 m² on a single ground floor, consists of 21 modules arranged in two volumes connected by an ambulance parking porch. The main volume houses the primary care emergency services, while the second volume accommodates the medical emergency unit.

Thanks to the innovative industrialized modular construction system, the transportation and assembly of the building were completed in just four days, ensuring speed, efficiency, and minimal disruption to the healthcare center’s operations.
