Castle of la Pobla de Claramunt

The restoration of the Castle of La Pobla de Claramunt stands as one of the most significant rehabilitation projects ever undertaken on this historic monument, focusing on structural consolidation, cleaning of the building, and the installation of essential utilities such as electricity.

Originally built in the 10th century and covering 5,404 m², the castle is recognized as one of the top ten castles in Catalonia. Welcoming around 8,000 visitors each year, the intervention ensures the site’s long-term preservation, safeguarding its historical and architectural value for future generations.

The project is distinguished by its respect for the original architecture and its commitment to enhancing safety and accessibility, ensuring that this landmark remains a cultural and heritage reference within the region.
