Rehabilitation of the Palo Alto complex building

Restoration of the Palo Alto complex in Barcelona to transform it into a creative business HUB.

The project included façade rehabilitation, interior refurbishment, and adaptation of the spaces to current regulations, incorporating a new core with a main staircase and elevator. To preserve the building’s original aesthetic, traditional materials such as lime mortar and colorless washes were used, maintaining the industrial character and unique personality of the complex.

The result is a modern, functional, and flexible space, designed to host creative businesses and cultural activities, while preserving the historic and architectural essence of the complex.
