New construction of COU+ University Clinic

New facility developed by Constructora d’Aro for the Fundació Universitària del Bages: the COU+ dental clinic, covering over 3,100 m², combining healthcare and educational activities.

The building, with a triangular layout, has preserved its original structure, with interventions on the roof to solve leakage issues. The basement floor houses a large parking area, while the ground floor accommodates teaching and healthcare spaces, including classrooms, laboratories, offices, and consultation rooms.

The result is a functional and efficient space, designed to integrate university education with healthcare services, with a structure that optimizes space usage and ensures comfort and safety for both users and staff.
