Construction of student residence in Geneva

Construction of a student residence in Geneva, composed of 11 industrialized modular units. Each module provides a 17 m² apartment with a bathroom, kitchen, storage space, and an area for study and relaxation furniture.

The modular building is organized as a linear block with a ground floor and first floor. The distance from our CompactHabit factory in Cardona exceeds 800 km and crosses two borders, yet this was no obstacle to completing the project using our CompactHabit industrialized modular construction method.
