Comprehensive office renovation in Barcelona

Comprehensive renovation of an open-plan office space in Barcelona, tailored to the needs of the new tenant. The project included redistributing spaces using modular glass partitions and plasterboard panels, as well as upgrading all existing installations.

Ceilings, floors, and interior partitions were renewed, integrating new HVAC, lighting, and security systems. An accessible bathroom, additional water points, interior signage, and new furniture were also installed to support the start of operations. Finally, exterior joinery was replaced to improve insulation and the overall energy efficiency of the office.
