New office building in Barcelona

Construction of a new office building in the Sant Martí district of Barcelona, featuring underground parking and a commercial space on the ground floor. The project was carried out on the site of a former transformer station, which was demolished to make way for the new building spanning over 4,000 m².
The development includes a ground floor and six above-ground floors for modern, functional office spaces, along with two basement levels for parking. The building was designed with energy efficiency, comfort, and sustainability in mind, providing spacious, bright, and fully adaptable work environments.
