Office Extension and Renovation

Renovation and expansion of Constructora d’Aro’s headquarters in Manresa. The project incorporated adjacent spaces, creating a unified, open-plan environment capable of accommodating all company departments in a single area.

The design focuses on enhancing workplace comfort and fostering an environment that promotes both concentration and team collaboration. Spacious interiors, natural lighting, and the use of warm, sustainable materials contribute to a pleasant and efficient atmosphere.

The new offices stand out for their energy efficiency and the integration of technology for environmental control, climate management, and lighting.
