New Industrial Warehouses Construction

Construction of a group of six industrial warehouses in Arenys de Mar, with a total built area of 5,795 m², distributed over basement, ground floor, and mezzanine. The project included earth excavation, foundation works, retaining walls, reinforced concrete foundations and structures, as well as the construction of roofs, waterproofing, enclosures, and flooring.

Metal carpentry and painting works were also executed, along with all electrical, plumbing, communications, and fire protection installations, ensuring the functionality and safety of the warehouses. The project also included the urbanization of access routes and exterior areas, creating an efficient logistical environment adapted to industrial needs.
