Hitachi Industrial Warehouse
Construction of a 2,000 m² industrial warehouse in Vacarisses, located between two existing warehouses, featuring a metal structure with columns and beams and isolated foundations. The perimeter enclosures and roof have a lightweight metal sheet cladding with integrated insulation, ensuring durability and thermal comfort.
The flooring is made of 20 cm thick reinforced concrete, machine-smoothed to provide a durable and functional space. Inside, metal partitions and doors have been installed, fully complying with fire safety regulations.
This project delivers a safe, efficient, and adaptable industrial solution, designed for logistics and production activities.
