Industrial Building Expansion
Expansion of the Miwon Spain building in Manresa to create new office spaces and a laboratory, tailored to the company’s needs. At the same time, the other buildings in the complex were adapted to house production machinery and a new storage area, improving the overall operational efficiency of the facilities.
The project also included the landscaping and organization of the surrounding site, optimizing circulation and the use of exterior spaces. This project combines functionality, efficiency, and construction quality, meeting the requirements of a growing industrial company.
